Personality:
To those outside his family, at a glance Epsilon can come across as brash, loud, and apt to not always think before he speaks. All of which are actually true. as well, he can have a bit of a temper, though nothing nearly as bad as Omega. But there's a lot more to Epsilon than that.
Epsilon is a caring brother, devoted to his family in his own way. Even if he isn't the best at showing it and disappears a lot in his wandering, he cares. He just has a high degree of curiosity and a need to find answers as well... And the big answer he wants is related to family in its own way though, seeing as he is looking for Alpha.
Epsilon does actually have a sense of humor, if a bit of an odd one at times, and it can be a bit cutting with regards to comments directed at others, though he will hold back with those he cares about that he doesn't feel are going to be able to field it well, like his younger siblings.
As for his urge to wander? While it does currently have an excuse buried in his hunt for Alpha, in truth, his curiosity and current job of courier work would still feed it, even if Alpha came back to the family today. He takes pleasure in his freedom at times, and attempts to take that from him are likely to get a sullen response, as to he resents the idea of possibly getting his wings clipped as such.
But no matter how far he roams, Epsilon has made a promise to himself and his family. Short of something happening to him? He will always respond to messages as soon as he can. He will always come home. As long as it's within his power to control it, at least.
Back story: Epsilon is the fourth oldest of 9 siblings(that he remembers. There was Beta as well, but he doesn't remember her at all). The eldest, Alpha, disappeared a long time ago, when he was young, bur Epsilon still remembers him... He remembers a lot, actually. Except for his older sister Beta, but those memories were lost through conditioning due to the outside interference and conditioning from the counselor, not normal circumstances.
At any rate, of his brothers, Epsilon remembers Alpha the best, which has led to some problems. His older brothers have long since accepted that Alpha ran off... Epsilon can't believe it of the Alpha of his memories, which has driven him to try finding him, in his ow why, though highly unsuccessful to date. Alpha took care of them. He taught them to take care of each other. They were a family... Why would he betray that and abandon them?
Now, well, Epsilon is in college with his schedule arranged to allow him to do courier work on the side, with a known tendency and reputation for an urge to wander thanks to his attempts to find Alpha over the years. The younger ones don't know why he wanders... They just know he does.
